Managers of each client’s success. More than 100 years of combined experience managing complex customer accounts makes up our team of CSMs. They have marketing, design, customer service and support, and client relationship management backgrounds. We get to know our clients. We know the technicians, service advisors, and managers. We work to build relationships and work collaboratively to meet and exceed their expectations.
“We are a true partner and extension of their business,” says CSM Curt Sherrill. “Think of me as your employee who just happens to be sitting here in the Autoshop Solutions office.”

Our CSM team is proactive with our customers.

We contact customers monthly and consistently check ads to ensure they perform and promote targeted services. Our team listens to customer calls to ensure quality and advises service advisors and business operations. And we provide those little details, such as not forgetting to update holiday hours.

“We want to partner with our clients and not just be a vendor,” says CSM team manager Jessica Watkins. “We also partner with industry leaders to give our clients well-rounded marketing and industry advice. We know not all shops are the same. We are not a set-it-and-forget-it company.”

Our teams continuously participate in regular training on different topics. As part of our training, each CSM goes to a shop to see how the shop runs. They witness the customer experience from beginning to end and learn about the different repair industries we serve. Also, we have shop owners come in and talk to us about their business and tell us how they see the industry changing.

“When we hear a client has a record month, we know we have done our job,” Curt says. “At the end of the day, that’s all that matters. We provide that peace of mind.”

And what about the competition?

“They are not trained to do everything we are trained to do,” says CSM Mallie Umphrey. “Their services are outsourced to someone else. It may take us a few hours to accomplish what it takes them a week.”
