Autoshop Solutions Offers Scholarships to Technicians of Tomorrow
APEX, N.C., January 4, 2017 – Autoshop Solutions is giving away two $1,000 scholarships to help advance the education and career development of two deserving automotive professionals through the Automotive Service Association (ASA) of the Midwest’s Technicians of Tomorrow Scholarship Program. The deadline to apply is February 1, 2017.
“We’ve heard our clients’ challenges in finding qualified technicians who want to make a future in our industry, which is why we decided to put money towards those futures,” said Danny Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer of Autoshop Solutions.
The automotive industry is constantly changing – from improvements in technology to environmental concerns that are becoming more of a focus – and with those changes come challenges. For any automotive repair shop to remain successful, it must improve, change and address these issues, which means shop owners need qualified, energized and ready-to-tackle-anything technicians.
Autoshop Solutions has partnered with ASA of the Midwest since 2014 as a preferred vendor, offering discounted services and benefits to association members. The scholarship winners will be announced at VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo, the association’s largest annual training event.
