Autoshop Solutions Volunteers for Third Year at Victory Junction

APEX, N.C., June 7, 2016 – For the third year in a row, Autoshop Solutions will volunteer with SEMA Cares on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 for a Pinewood Drag Races build day at Victory Junction, a camp dedicated to enriching the lives of children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses.

“As a SEMA member, this event is one that our team looks forward to every year, and we’re so happy to be a part of it again,” said Margaret Klemmer, Autoshop Solutions’ Chief Business Development Officer. “Having the opportunity to work with the kids and see all the camp has to offer is incredibly rewarding.”

Autoshop Solutions has attended this event through SEMA Cares at the automotive-themed camp since 2014. Victory Junction provides a camp experience to children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses at no cost to the camper or his or her family, all in a medically-safe environment.

Over the course of the day, each volunteer will work directly with the campers building pinewood racers. These cars will be used and then sold at the SEMA Cares Pinewood Drag Races, which will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016. The proceeds will benefit SEMA Cares charities, including Victory Junction.
